In this episode, I discuss my top 7 tips of how to self-love to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. I've noticed lately that I've been super hard on myself whether it's been work related or with my body image. But it's so important we all take a step back and recognize our accomplishments. And tell ourselves the positive affirmations that we deserve! I've also been experiencing more anxiety than usual. By practicing self-love, it can really help reduce these anxieties.
