Vic Ferrari (retired) of the NYPD. Detective Ferrari answered the call on that dreadful day 20 years ago. He tells us what he saw and how he handled it. We also talk about some of the funny calls that Det. Ferrari has answered. He even tells us a, never before told, story of one of his most embarrassing moments. Det.
