• Write it down
• Then write: “Everything is figureoutable.”
• Then act like this was true
• Because it is....

Exercise 2:

• Write down your list of “I can’t”s.
• Seriously what “can’t” you do? Write a bunch of those down.
• Now...
• Cross them all out
• And re-write them with “I won’t...”
