Happy Monday, my friends! I am truly so grateful to be with you on this final Monday of 2024. Today's episode is going to be a bit more personal than usual, as I spend some time talking through the highs and lows of my year.

As I shared in last week's encore episode with Chatbooks co-founder Vanessa Quigley, I love to spend time at the end of the year reflecting on questions my mom used to ask me when I was growing up.
