Leading up to this interview, I couldn’t help but speculate on what would happen when arriving at Kendra’s home. I think it’s safe to say most people inherently assume things about an adult film star, 95% of which I’ve realized probably aren’t true. Yes, for the first few days, this will be exhausting. But so is any kind of change. Deal with it. The reward on the backside is incredibly worthwhile. There is no perfect time to make a change, it will always be difficult. But the sooner you start, the sooner you reap the benefits. I can hear it now, “but we need sleep, Ryan!” Yes, that is correct. But it’s the quality of sleep that matters, not the quantity. And if you stop staring at your phone while lying in bed, this process would come much easier to you.
Try it tomorrow. Wake up early, go outside, leave the technology, only focus on positive things. This will jump start your morning.
