Hi Friends!Todays episode will talk about how my family is recently grieving the loss of my 14 year old niece. We lost her due to teen suicide and we are all at a loss for words. I will talk about the warning signs, risk factors and some stats that are associated with this topic. If this show may be triggering for you, please exit the show, as I do not wish to further any healing you are going through.What can we do to help our youth? These numbers shocked me. I hope that anyone that may be suffering in silence can get the help and support they need to make it through this. Asking for help is brave, please do not feel ashamed in any way. You belong here and would be greatly missed.Mental health is just as important as our physical and emotional health. Let's erase the taboo that getting "help" means you must be crazy. It means that your taking care of yourself. And BRAVO for getting help you need.
