We are an increasingly energy-dependent world, and as long as there exists a finite energy supply, that dependence will consolidate power in the hands of too few. Once we make our energy supply infinite, by transitioning to clean and renewable energy technologies, the balance of power will shift back to the hands of the many. We will finally be able to decide - as a human community - what is best for our planet.
