Welcome! Don’t have a reservation? No problem. On Cocktails at Table 7: Inside New York’s Joe Allen, your table is always ready. In candid conversations with Broadway veterans, long-time regulars, even past and present employees, your hosts, Dana, Sean and Jason, recreate the intimate vibe that an evening at Joe’s has always offered. You’ll hear stories of the “Good Ol’ Days” in 1960’s Hell’s Kitchen, rarely told anecdotes from the shows on the “Flop Wall,” and the special connection between the restaurant and the people who make theater happen (Chita Rivera, F. Murray Abraham, and Daryl Roth, just to name a few.) You’ll feel like you’re tucked away at your favorite table or perched on a barstool sipping a martini, enjoying an insider’s night out. What began as an effort to preserve the connection to our beloved community has evolved into a joyful celebration of the memories and moments that have made Joe Allen one of Broadway’s most enduring hits. Cheers! Cocktails at Table 7- Inside New York’s Joe Allen is produced and hosted by Jason Woodruff, Dana Mierlak, and Sean Kent, with music by James Rubio and logo design/artwork by Christina D'Angelo. The producers would like to extend a special thank you to the owners of Joe Allen, Orso, and Bar Centrale Restaurants.

From artists to architects, musicians to entrepreneurs, its places and its spaces and most of all, its food. That’s what makes a city 'special.’ Hosted by Minya Oh, a.k.a. “Miss Info,” we’re checking out six American cities to find out what gives them their unique flavor. In each episode, we’ll be guided by a local restaurateur, culminating with the special — a dish that is the manifestation of the city on a plate. BMW’s first ever X7 inspired “The Special,” by bringing together a new collaboration between two expert storytellers — The New York Times’s T Brand Studio and The Infatuation. Together, we examine culture and food in a way that only we can. Sponsored by BMW.

On A Cook's Library Will Stewart 'chews the fat' with home cooks and professional chefs about a book of their choosing that has influenced the food they cook, eat, and obsess over.

Be it the first book they were given, one they open for a simple supper, or the one that serves as their 'kitchen bible'. There's no book too big, too small, too academic or too novel.

Every month, listen along with Kitty Kinnin (radio personality, voiceover artist, and Triangle, NC icon) to discover the journeys and back stories of our most talented chefs, rising stars, bakers, cooks, grill masters, brewers, farmers, herbalists, foragers, winemakers, and everything in between. Also in Kitty’s Sound Palate, our favorite chefs pair signature dishes with a piece of music, bartenders pair a specialty cocktail with a tune, and musicians do the same with a favorite dish. It seems a new hot spot opens daily in all over North Carolina. The once historic tobacco districts have turned into a new blend of cool culture and food discoveries rich in variety, tradition, creativity and access to fresh, prime ingredients.

Jeremy literally grew up in the Restaurant Technology Industry. His family is the founders of Custom Business Solutions, Inc. and Jeremy’s early school vacations were spent soldering components for restaurant customers. Twenty-plus years later and Jeremy is COO for CBS, in charge of the implementation of technology systems for CBS customers. It’s fair to say that Jeremy is very much in touch with the challenges and issues facing restaurant operators in the area of technology systems. Outside of CBS, Jeremy and his wife Michelle are the busy parents of two boys and two girls. The family’s youngest son was adopted from Uganda. Four kids, youth sports, church and many other activities mean non-stop action at the Julian household. Jeremy is a big fan of baseball and soccer. When not cheering on the kids in sports Jeremy enjoys cooking and watching Food Network.
