Do you feel like you've tried everything to fall pregnant but nothing seems to help?
You've tracked your cycle, timed sex perfectly, switched up your diet, seen all the specialists but it still hasn't happened...

While most fertility podcasts focus on current tips to help you fall pregnant, Your Journey to Fertility covers the latest scientific research - but we also go deeper into your mindset, your subconscious & the more "woo-woo" ways you can support your body & your baby.

There are countless modalities that are scientifically proven to help increase your fertility - nutrition, supplementation, mindfulness & Eastern medicine to name a few. But there's also an element to conceiving your baby that goes beyond what we can see - and this is where the spiritual side of fertility support comes in.

Welcome to Your Journey to Fertility - the only podcast that blends both science & spirit to give you all the tools you need to navigate your fertility journey.

For over 15 years, Jennifer Edmonds has been guiding women on their journeys to motherhood and beyond. She is the leading authority on mind-body programs for fertility support and assisted conception.

I am an infertility survivor—the kind you never hope to become: childless. After enduring multiple rounds of IUI and IVF at some of the leading fertility centers, I was advised to discontinue treatment. When my fertility journey ended, I was offered no resources to help me navigate the reality of an unexpected childless life. I was left asking: So now what? In the years that followed, I tried to convince myself I’d be OK, but I wasn’t. I felt shattered, alone, and failed—not just by the process but by my own body. I longed for someone who truly understood the pain I felt, a guide to help me navigate a life without children. But I couldn’t find it. So, I decided to create it. Today, I am still childless, but I’ve redefined what that means. I’ve learned that a meaningful and purposeful life is possible, even without motherhood. I’ve learned to love myself and embrace the body I once felt had let me down. Through my certification in life coaching and my own transformation, I’ve discovered tools and insights that helped me thrive—and I’m here to share them with you on The "So Now What?" Podcast. If you’ve been on this journey, join me as we build what we were never offered: a sisterhood for the bravest women I know. Together, we’ll rewrite the narrative, shedding labels like failed, unexplained, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, not-viable, or advanced maternal age. Follow me on Instagram: @lana.manikowski for resources, inspiration, and opportunities to live a fulfilling life without the children you dreamed of.

Welcome to A Womb of One’s Own with Sarah-Jane Crawford. This is a podcast about our experiences and feelings navigating our ambitions and our proverbial biological clocks. Through a set of candid interviews with amazing, successful and high-profile women, we eggsplore a taboo subject familiar to so many of us. Funny, intimate, and always honest, each episode explores women’s lives in their entirety but unlike other podcasts we also discuss one issue our guests have experienced around their fertility. By sharing never-heard before stories, A Womb of One's Own aims to normalise conversations about our bodies and how they work for us as we work to have it all. This podcast is a space to help everyone, feel like they can be part of the conversation and engage with their fertility wherever they are in their lives and journeys. On this podcast we share the stories, the knowledge and the truths women need to know (with the help of experts as well) to help you feel like you can take ownership of your fertility without feeling worried, or defined, by your ability to have a child or be a parent. And we know that every person’s journey is different; so whether you want a child, are not sure if you want kids, are experiencing your own fertility and health challenges, want kids later on in life or don't think you want children - we promise - this podcast is for you. A Womb of One’s Own is an independent podcast co-created by Emmy Award-winning presenter and broadcaster Sarah-Jane Crawford and award-winning producer and executive producer Clarissa Pabi; and this is their first baby/podcast together. The Host is Sarah-Jane Crawford, the Producer and Executive Producer is Clarissa Pabi, Sound Design by Clarissa Pabi, Artwork by Naomi Gennery, Mixing and Engineering by Kate McGinn, and original music by Aiwan Obinyan. The podcast is an all women production. "It takes a village to raise a child/make a podcast" ancient African proverb.

Welcome to my podcast. I share Raw, unfiltered stories of the Infertility world. Throughout the episodes, I share my own success with IVF, and you will hear from my guests about their success in the Fertility world. I will also share tools and techniques of Mindset and Manifestation. I have first-hand experience with how mindset and Manifestation changed the trajectory of my journey. I have since then applied this to every area of my life, and the transformation is beautiful. I know this is just the beginning. This podcast means so much to me because, In 2014, I found myself in the middle of the Fertility world, feeling alone and searching for hope. Everywhere I searched on social media, looking for a connection with others on the same infertility journey, I only found dwindling hope. In 2019, when I entered the Fertility world again, I reached out on social media, but it only seemed worse. It became my mission to spread hope with success stories, have open conversations about medical protocols and create connections. A positive community for others to feel supported, uplifted, and know they are not alone.
