This is a journey of healing through vulnerability, transparency and authenticity. Take a trip through the human condition and all the messiness that accompanies it while listening to "Conversations with Myself" as Chris, a survivor of PTSD, sexual abuse, the US Army, corporate America, bull riding, child of the eighties you name it he has probably done it or stood next to it while it was being done.
Join the journey of self discovery and the myriad of emotional stories as Chris recounts some of the most memorable points from his life and talks through what those situations were in the moment and what if any impact they have in his life today. This will definitely be a journey of ups and owns but always healing. The hope is this will allow for others to have the meaningful conversations they need to with themselves while improving the quality of their lives both mentally and emotionally.
