Early in life, Nancy Preston was taught discipline, grit, and resilience. All of those qualities were reinforced through her service in the Army, and she is putting them to use now as an entrepreneur. No matter the job, Nancy has a knack for thinking critically and being able to look at the data behind the problem to find a solution.
So when she wanted to get into the food industry, she honestly reflected on her finances, her plan, and the state of the industry. She realized there was no way she could feasibly scale a business, so she decided to back off. But not every food entrepreneur has her foresight, and many dive into a venture with a dream and high hopes.
Today, Nancy has found a creative way to help other entrepreneurs figure out the best way forward and use the data in front of them to chart a realistic path to success.
