Wayne Ski is a New York-born and raised music producer and DJ with a passion for Hip Hop and R&B. He began his musical journey creating mixtapes while working at a local record store. After landing an internship at Def Jam Recordings, Wayne Ski was able to network with DJs and industry A-listers beyond the boroughs of New York. He went on to manage college radio at Elektra Records, gaining a deep understanding of the music business.
With his vast knowledge and buzz in the industry, Wayne Ski began working with legendary DJ Marley Marl and became one of the featured producers on Marley's FutureFlavasOnline.com. Wayne Ski's expertise in radio led him to his first FM station, KJMM in Tulsa, OK, where he hosted the afternoon mix.
Wayne Ski's experience and passion for the music industry and technology have allowed him to establish himself as a mainstay in the industry. He has worked with record labels, put together shows for artists, produced music, and started his own company. As a full-time producer, Wayne Ski has worked with notable artists such as Bumpy Knuckles, Brown Bag All-Stars, Lyric Jones, and Otis Clap.
