How does creativity benefit our lives as grown-ups?
I'm Claire, and I re-found my creativity after a time of almost crippling anxiety. Now I want to share the stories of other people who have found or re-found their creativity as adults, and hopefully inspire many more grown-ups to get creative.
I chat with my guests about their childhood experiences of creativity and the arts, how they came to the creative practices they now love, the barriers they had to overcome to start their creative re-awakening, and how what they do now benefits their whole lives.

For squirrel brains and shiny object lovers, the most freeing moment of your life will be the moment you discover conventional wisdom isn't meant for you. It's meant for linear thinkers and specialists who are motivated by a different definition of success.
We, on the other hand, know that doing what we love is not a privilege, it's an obligation. That's why in this multi-passionate corner of the internet, we’re designing lives and businesses on OUR terms, disrupting how it’s always been done and flipping the bird to all of the awful-sounding things we "should" do.
Each week, join writer and rabble-rouser Jennie O'Connor in discovering why it's way more fun to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
