Tell us about yourself – what is your background?

By day, I am a late 40's W2 worker in a mid-senior level role for a Fortune 500 company. I am married and have been with my wife over 20 years and we have two teenage kids. I love spending time with my family and my superpower would be the ability to make time stop or slow it down. These kids are growing up way too fast. By night, I am the podcast host of the Work From Home Forever podcast. I book guests, host, edit, publish and promote. It's a lot of hard work so please, people, listen!

Why did you get into podcasting?

My son wanted to start a youtube channel or stream Minecraft on Twitch. My wife and I did not like the idea of him showing his face and the potential for cyberwarriors bullying my kid behind a keyboard. So he and I started The Middle School Mind podcast. It was a chance for he and I to record our conversations. We had a good run of over 30 episodes in 18+ months. But, alas, a teenager's tastes are fickle and he was done. :( I loved every minute planning, recording, editing and publishing it!
