How did the idea for the show come about?

The idea came from writing a weekly newsletter on Substack, which had an in-built podcasting feature and so I wanted to try it out to get more people to know about my writing.

What do you hope listeners take from the show?

I want people to feel supported, understood, and to be well-informed about the opportunities and challenges that are in writing today, whether it's writing as a hobby or as a career/business.

What's been the biggest challenge for you?

My greatest challenge in podcasting has been to get more people to listen to the show. Although podcasts are difficult to grow, it's especially difficult when you're an indie podcaster who isn't famous.

How can your listeners support your show?

To support my show and the ones yet to come, all I need from listeners is for them to review the show and share with their friends. This alone would make a huge difference.
