Caitlin and Emily catch up over Celine Dion's documentary and celeb biopics, the misogyny of calling Taylor Swift a bad role model, and whether or not it's okay to ask or share your salary information. Lebron's son is now the nepo-baby extraordinaire, Greece's 6-day work week, and they get salty over restaurant and bill-sharing etiquette.
In case you needed an excuse to stop swallowing, the girls chat microplastics in semen, and get loud (sorry!) about smegma. In case you needed something to celebrate, bee colonies are back on the rise!
Watch their pretty faces in video clips on IG or TikTok.
Plus, a Hard Copy book giveaway on Instagram.

It's here! It's us!
If you’re the kind of person who needs to know what the hell is going on in the world, wants to hear a hot take on the latest prestige TV, or just get a great recommendation for new music to listen to or book to read over the weekend, you’ve found your people.
Each week, hosts Caitlin Howden and Emily Key get together to chat about cultural conversations and news, make fun of the latest pop culture happenings, rant about life’s minor inconveniences, judge each other’s style and life choices, and maybe interview a guest or 2.

Okay, but most importantly: if you’ve shown up at a dinner party or meeting and not known what on earth people are talking about, then pull up a chair, baby, you’re at the right table. You'll feel like you're snuggled up on the couch chatting with your smart friends, or catching up with your girlfriend at a coffee shop while she fills you in on the latest drama.

To put it simply...we’re all fucking busy. It’s really hard to stay on top of what’s going on in the world when we’re served up non-stop panic-inducing and 100% click-baity headlines. So, enough with the doomscrolling. We’ve sifted through all of that for you and made it super easy for you to get what you need in one place.

Occasionally we’ll even have really interesting guests on the show to help us understand some of the more complicated topics, like how generative AI is changing tech and what that means for us, the neverending cycle of jaw-dropping politics, and other super important stuff like mental health, why skinny jeans are actually never out of style, and questionable relationship advice.

Emily Key returns to share relatable stories, from the weirdness of feeling out of

Lastly, they answer listener questions on how to break up with a friend, and chat through the emotional toll of exes that haunt from the past.
