Today is a very real and vulnerable episode about the tragedy that occurred for me a few weeks ago. I want to share my own healing with this but also to bring awareness to this tragedy.

The one thing on the spiritual path that we cannot avoid is the human experience. The challenges that people face and go through. The trauma that our bodies feel and how powerful it is to move through this and heal.

Don't hesitate to ask for help, reach out and seek support. There are always ears to listen, hands to hold you and eyes that will see you. In this realm or in spirit. You are never alone.
