I was coaching a client today and I noticed a theme. He was feeling a lot of anger and pain, months after the end of his relationship with his partner who struggled with addiction, and he kept wondering when things were going to get better. When he was going to feel better. He was plagued by this physical sensation of discontent and feeling like things are just not okay. And I noticed that he just wasn't aware that he was feeding this negative emotion, this uncomfortable sensation in his body
