This week Matt chats with and panel of esteemed guests including Ann Battrell, ADHA CEO; Ann Lynch, ADHA Director of Advocacy and Education; and Dr. Joesph Crowley, chair of the Coalition For Modernizing Dental Licensure (CMDL). The group discusses ADHA’s role as a member of the Coalition and the work the group is doing toward eliminating the single encounter, procedure-based patient exams and replacing them with clinical assessments that have stronger validity and reliability evidence. In addition the Coalition is working to increase licensure portability to allow for professional mobility and improved access to care.
