GUEST BIO: My name is Courtney Warday and I am the owner of Abide with Me Nutrition. I am a fertility and hormone registered dietitian and nutrition coach. I am on a mission to help spiritually driven women get pregnant with a healthy pregnancy and balance their hormones naturally via diet and lifestyle. Infertility, loss, and hormone imbalances are very close to my heart as my husband and I have experienced secondary infertility and loss ourselves. I have PCOS and had Endometriosis as well and intimately understand all of these crosses. As a Registered Dietitian, I take a whole body approach and help you get to the root cause of your fertility/hormone struggles. Each client is unique and so every client gets a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan based on what's going on in their bodies. I guide my clients every step of implementing their plan via goal setting, overcoming barriers or challenges, and slowly developing sustainable habits that are supportive of their overall health. By optimizing their health, they will be optimizing their hormones and fertility. I teach my clients an abundance mindset with food, how to add nutrition to their days, and how to glorify God with their body. It is a priority of mine to help my clients feel seen, loved, and supported..I have helped 100s of women and couples on their fertility/hormone journeys in the last four years of my private practice and I can't wait to continue to help many more!
