Kicking us off into the year 3000 is accredited coach and former Royal Marines Officer, Roderic Yapp. Roderic led Marines on combat operations in Afghanistan in 2007 and after he left the Corp, he moved into the nuclear industry before establishing his resilience and leadership coaching business, Leadership Capital. Roderic has delivered a TEDx Talk on Adaptive Leadership Techniques from his experiences on military operations in Afghanistan.
Naturally, Roderic's background makes him an interesting choice to talk about workplace but his perspective on workplace dynamics and how environments shape us at work is thought provoking.
