Her coaching services were inspired by her children, Ethan and Lila, who are both "atypical". Dr. Russell built this company from the ground up, all while becoming a mother to children with additional needs and running a household. Her expertise has focused a lot on tips and support for families with neurodiverse needs, but as a mother and entrepreneur, she wants to be able to reach Moms and validate their feelings.
