Positives from the Pandemic

In this episode we discuss the bright spots from amongst the darkness of the COVID 19 pandemic. With the distance of a little bit of time, we look back and think about the good things that happened during the pandemic, and the positive things we might learn from that time. While it was an unprecedented global catastrophe, it did allow many of us to take stock of our lives and our relationships, and make changes where we felt it might be necessary. We might have connected with our friends and family in different ways while isolating, it was a more purposeful and perhaps more meaningful connection.
