Sharing a similar background in tech, product, and intersectional awareness, Cat created HeyFamm - the first social network for queer professionals where voices won't be silenced or diminished. It's a space where you can express yourselves freely, celebrate your full selves and support each other authentically.

Amy and Cat discussed their personal interests, experiences in a society that often overlooks the intersections of race, gender, and class, and the importance of self-awareness and challenging others to do the same.

They also discussed the creation and purpose of the website "HeyFamm" which connects and supports LGBTQ+ owned e-commerce brands and virtual service providers, and the importance of expressing opinions and thoughts on topics that impact people's lives. Lastly, they discussed the impact of the new administration on people's lives, particularly those in marginalized communities, and the importance of true leadership and taking a stand.

Find and support Hey Famm and follow on Instagram and TikTok @hey_famm, and connect with Cat on LinkedIn.

Did you know everything on the inside is connected? I ask somewhat facetiously because, of course we do, but somehow through adulthood and autopilot, we forget.

Artisha Rawls is a nurse, a "lymphatics geek", and an expert on not only connecting all of her knowledge, experience, and lived experience, but for finding ways to connect and support all walks of life heading into any sort of uterus augmentation or removal.

She got the second opinion, she met with physicians that looked like her, and she still felt like she had the wool pulled over her eyes - following another person's will for her own body.

Author of the book, and leader of the community, The Uterus Bar, is a one of support, information, and a guide to work alongside your physicians - they don't get the only say. Further, she is an expert on how lymphatics play a role in our overall health.

Find Artisha at https://208lymphatics.com, and follow her on Instagram @TheUterusBar or @208lymphatics. You can also visit her YouTube channel where her story will be up soon - https://m.youtube.com/@208lymphatics. Lastly, email her with any questions or stories, [email protected].

Trigger warning - mention and storytelling of sexual assault and workplace abuse.

Rowena Chiu is a survivor, an activist, and a newly elected public official. She is former assistant of Harvey Weinstein and shares the 20+ year journey of silence to advocacy. She had stood ironclad in her NDA, silenced, but not benefitting from hush money in any way from 1998 to 2019, never revealing her name...until an empowered, powerful, incredible group of women helped her to say Rowena Chiu, #MeToo.

Amy and Rowena discussed their concerns about the future of women in America, particularly in light of recent political events, and the societal pressure on women to minimize their voices and experiences. They also shared personal experiences of sexual assault and harassment, emphasizing the importance of honest language and the need for societal reform to achieve true equity for women. The conversation also touched on the #MeToo movement, the importance of empowering the next generation, and the need for women to protect each other in the face of toxic behavior.

Find Rowena Chiu on every social platform, she will always want to hear your voice - your story.

Cierra Gross, CEO of Caged Bird HR and Worklution has created a revolutionizing 1:1 experience now turned national (eventually global) app to not only reinstate personal power, but also to reinvent the way work...works.

Wrk Receipts is the new app that allows you to record your work experience (adversity, accomplishments, and time off) with one goal in mind - to help people, especially those that have experienced traumatic work environments.

Being a survivor herself, Cierra is taking the most daunting (and triggering) task (documentation) of discrimination and work trauma off of the individual's shoulders with Wrk Receipts and the world's first AI employee advocate, Jayla.

Jayla collates all of your documentation for you, and cross references it by state and federal laws to directly advise you on violations - and, also, can draft correspondence on your behalf.

What holds this all together? Trust. Ethical use of data and AI. Cierra and Worklution is showing how to use AI in a responsible manner, that there should be rules and policy around how to use this - especially now that we've seen the discrimination and unethical use of AI so far.

Follow Cierra on LinkedIn, as well as Caged Bird HR and Worklution - Download wrkreceipts on Apple and Android. Follow along on all social platforms as Caged Bird HR and Worklution change the entire way we work. Stay tuned.
