Did you know everything on the inside is connected? I ask somewhat facetiously because, of course we do, but somehow through adulthood and autopilot, we forget.
Artisha Rawls is a nurse, a "lymphatics geek", and an expert on not only connecting all of her knowledge, experience, and lived experience, but for finding ways to connect and support all walks of life heading into any sort of uterus augmentation or removal.
She got the second opinion, she met with physicians that looked like her, and she still felt like she had the wool pulled over her eyes - following another person's will for her own body.
Author of the book, and leader of the community, The Uterus Bar, is a one of support, information, and a guide to work alongside your physicians - they don't get the only say. Further, she is an expert on how lymphatics play a role in our overall health.
Find Artisha at https://208lymphatics.com, and follow her on Instagram @TheUterusBar or @208lymphatics. You can also visit her YouTube channel where her story will be up soon - https://m.youtube.com/@208lymphatics. Lastly, email her with any questions or stories, [email protected].

The Crucible is Trust

Cierra Gross, CEO of Caged Bird HR and Worklution has created a revolutionizing 1:1 experience now turned national (eventually global) app to not only reinstate personal power, but also to reinvent the way work...works.
Wrk Receipts is the new app that allows you to record your work experience (adversity, accomplishments, and time off) with one goal in mind - to help people, especially those that have experienced traumatic work environments.
Being a survivor herself, Cierra is taking the most daunting (and triggering) task (documentation) of discrimination and work trauma off of the individual's shoulders with Wrk Receipts and the world's first AI employee advocate, Jayla.
Jayla collates all of your documentation for you, and cross references it by state and federal laws to directly advise you on violations - and, also, can draft correspondence on your behalf.
What holds this all together? Trust. Ethical use of data and AI. Cierra and Worklution is showing how to use AI in a responsible manner, that there should be rules and policy around how to use this - especially now that we've seen the discrimination and unethical use of AI so far.
Follow Cierra on LinkedIn, as well as Caged Bird HR and Worklution - Download wrkreceipts on Apple and Android. Follow along on all social platforms as Caged Bird HR and Worklution change the entire way we work. Stay tuned.

Heather Wallander is starting a revolution...like many of us, she endured workplace psychological abuse, discrimination, and retaliation. She recently went viral with her story and is on the other side fighting hard to drive the change we're wishing to see.
The thing about workplace abuse is that it is so rampant, so commonplace, that it's often ignored or not even realized. Further, if you do realize it, then come the NDA's, the arbitration, the severances...Heather is on a mission to ensure you have all of the information both heading into the fight or heading out of the organization.
Where this all begins and ends is of course with leadership, while every person in an organization builds a company's culture, the power resides at the top - so any leadership wishing to know more because either you're aware of a toxic leak in your org or, you're wanting to perform a wellness check, get a hold of Heather.
Visit Heather's company at https://brioedge.com/ and learn about arbitration and join the revolt at https://www.arbitrationrevolt.com/. Heather welcomes questions, conversations, etc. on LinkedIn as well.
