We are kicking off the New Year with an update on why part of my face is frozen! Followed by a quick and dirty dive into goal settings that will benefit even the biggest goal setting skeptics.

I struggle with what is suspected to be ADHD, and goal setting has always seemed like a waste of time to me. Now that I run my own business, I understand its importance. This year I dove in and set out some goals and plans for the year, and If I am honest, it has been a GAME changer. It is something that is really hard for me to slow down and do, and if it is for you too, I want you to know that you can DO It!

If you haven’t already laid out some goals and plans for your life in 2023, be it personal or professional, this episode will be a quick and dirty guide to planning out goals for 2023. I know you will feel more organized, motivated, and ready to take on the New Year if you walk through this episode with me where we are going to get some work done in real time.
