Who is Lydia Frank?
Lydia Frank is the Vice President of Marketing at Chronus. Prior to Chronus, she served in a number of marketing roles at PayScale.Previously, she led digital content teams at About.com and MSN.

Lydia is also a strong advocate for creating more accessible paths to power for women, people of color and other historically marginalized groups in the labor market and economy. She has been a frequent speaker and media commentator on this topic and has contributed related content to various publications including Harvard Business Review, Money, Fortune, TechCrunch.

Lydia holds a BA in Journalism from Central Washington University.

Who is Karen Hamberg?
Karen Hamberg is a clean technology executive with nearly 20 years of global experience. She is currently Vice President, External Affairs and Sustainability at Westport Fuel Systems in Vancouver and has expertise in corporate strategy, environmental performance, regulatory affairs, sustainability, and external communications. She joined Westport in 2001.

In June 2020, she was appointed to the Government of Canada’s Industry Strategy Council representing the Clean Technology sector and named Chair of the Economic Strategy Table on Clean Technology.

In 2017, Karen was the first non-U.S. resident, the first woman, and the youngest person to be named Chair of the Board of Directors of CALSTART in Pasadena, California, the nation’s larges non-profit, member-driven coalition accelerating the growth of a clean transportation industry. Under her leadership, CALSTART achieved a gender-balanced Board of Directors in May 2020.

Karen is a sight after board member and her leadership is sought by government and industry for her expertise. She is also a volunteer who is very engaged in her community.
