The GMAT Online Exam is GMAC's response to making the test available to students in these trying times when Covid 19 lock down has closed down test centers in many parts of the world. While the online version is a God sent manna for those who have a deadline to catch, it comes with its own idiosyncrasies.

Did you know that you do not have access to a scratch pad to do calculations when take the online exam? How will "not having access to a handwritten option to do calculation" impact your performance in the GMAT Quantitative Reasoning Section and the Integrated Reasoning section?

Also, did you know that you cannot preview your score at the end of the test and you do not have the recourse to cancelling the score for the online exam?

Is the positive number x an integer?

Statement 1: 5x is an integer.

Question 3 - GMAT Data Sufficiency - GMAT 700 Level Question

If a, b, and c are non-zero numbers, how many of these three numbers are positive numbers?

Statement 1: a + b + c > 0

Statement 2: The number of negative numbers is more than the number of positive numbers among these three numbers.

GMAT Quantitative Reasoning Concepts 01 | Number Systems | Classification of Numbers | Operation on Real Numbers

In this episode, we dive into structured learning of GMAT Quant concepts. We look at numbers systems - classification of numbers, starting from natural numbers all the way to rational and irrational numbers and real and imaginary numbers. We also discuss odd and even numbers and positive and negative numbers. The episode also includes results of adding, subtracting, and multiplying two odd, two even, one odd and one even number. We repeat this exercise for two positive, two negative, and one positive and one negative number.

The episode ends with three GMAT level practice questions to help consolidate concepts covered. Two of these 3 questions are data sufficiency questions.

We will discuss answers and explanation to these three questions in the next episode.
