Over the years, you may have seen Seattle Pacific University mentioned in news publications for its discriminatory policies. Namely, refusing an adjunct professor a full-time position by citing his sexuality in 2021. In this episode we explore the homoerotic nature of hyper-religious academic institutions, and the impact their policies have on students.

I came out as gay through posting a video on YouTube. Doing so completely changed my life, but not before many experiences shaped who I am today. I hope this story instills hope, that there's life after homophobia, and that love in the world far outweighs bigotry.

In June, over 33 Lesbian mothers were removed off of the birth certificates of their children. Their parental rights were retroactively revoked. This week we're diving into why and how this is happening in Italy, the rise of Georgia Meloni and the far right movement in Europe. We interview Viola and Michela Leidi, who were the first couple to have one of their names removed from the birth certificate of their daughter, Giulia.
