Since Aliyah is currently living with Type 1 diabetes, we felt it was imperative to recognize this chronic illness during this month of awareness.

This is a longer episode, but we felt it was necessary for people who may not know the full scope to learn from those who live with it daily.

In this episode, we are joined by Tajah Russell, who has been living with Type 1 diabetes since the tender age of 12. We appreciate her transparency on how she navigated this illness at such a young age, dating experience, family support, and how she's doing now.
