There are something to be said, for the major racist reaction that has come to the doorstep of black fandoms again. Haley Bailey, who is now and will ever be known in black households as our aerial will be depicting the Little mermaid in March 2023. I is a little black girl who wants dreamed of being a mermaid, but was told I couldn’t because of my hair, and my inability know how to swim, that could not be my reality, so I had to settle for playing that in the bathtub. Yet, this insult to Haley, and the assault to the heart of black, phantoms everywhere, is nothing new. In this episode, we are going to delve into just why this is. And why it is that the uncolored cannot stand to be a unbothered. You can send all love notes to [email protected]. No: this will be a bonus episode on The Writers’ Block Podcast podcast as well. This episode is definitely NSFW. TW: Trauma; Red pill things Every generation has complaints about the generation of proceeds! Yet the conversation around Gen X, Gen Z, and Millennials, is way more complex than we think it is! And throw in dating and aging and trying to just live as a black woman? That’s a recipe for chaos and the best gumbo ever! With my TikTok sister Kay Petit on board, this tea is sure to be piping hot! Remember, all fan mail needs to be sent to this email address: [email protected] (TT accounts mentioned: @professor.odi (his YT is Odi’s Office) and @cocothelawyer—love y’all).

What I am determined to stamp out is this idea of being a “likeable” as a Black woman. The RIGHT kind of Black woman not only DOES NOT EXIST, there is no way to exactly REMAIN her if you ARE her (which I assure you, you not sis). Note: I misspoke; her name is PEARL MOORE. Pearl Moore of Francis Marion has the overall women's record with 4,061 points from 1975-79 at the small-college level in the AIAW. Moore had 177 points at Anderson Junior College before enrolling at Francis Marion. This was BEFORE those records were incorporated into the NCAA.
