Hello everyone and welcome to this new podcast, Weight Mate, by me, David Ginsburg.
Weight Mate will be a daily weight loss accountability podcast for me, and you'll be my weight mate. You'll hear my highs and lows, what I accomplished, and what I didn't. What worked, what didn't. I'm not going to rush things. Every day is a new day. I know I won't succeed every day, but my goal is to move forward. Even if it's one baby step. Some how. Some way.
I'm going to be meal prepping. You'll get to hear what I make, how I make it, and eventually, how it tastes or holds up. You'll hear what I do for exercise each day. Weight check ins, Exercise, food, apps that I may use, tricks, tips and everything else in between. All in 5 minutes or less.
A little bit about me? I'm a 43 year old guy living in Orlando. I hate the heat, so I try not to be outside the 10months out of the year. This keeps me inside, and with my job having me sit at the desk for 9-10 hours a day, I don't move much. We'll talk about all that and I'm sure you'll learn more about me during these daily check ins.
I'm excited to do this. For me. And hopefully as I'm accountable, maybe this will help someone out there.
