Patchy fog will quickly clear out after sunrise. Warmer, above-normal conditions can be expected as we kick off the start of March and meteorological spring! Highs will climb into the upper 60s to low 70s across the east and into the upper 70s and low 80s out west. Saturday will be a bit warmer with most locations hitting 80 degrees.
Low rain chances will return on Monday, especially east of I-35. Rain chances, albeit low, will continue through the rest of the work week.

Hot, dry, and breezy conditions will create an elevated threat for grass fires along and west of I-35 today. Many locations will be near or exceed record high temperatures again with humidity values in the 15-25%.
A strong cold front is expected to move through overnight into Wednesday morning, bringing gusty winds and much cooler temperatures for midweek. Strong post-frontal winds will keep wind chills in the 40s and 50s during the afternoon.
