For more than 75 years, the Pentagon, intelligence agencies, and major defense contractors have muddied the waters and thwarted attempts to obtain some measure of transparency regarding the UFO mystery. The recent wave of UFO activism by the public has led to congressional hearings, the creation of a new agency to investigate UFOs, a NASA study, and genuine interest within academia and news media. Now, the Keepers of the Secrets are pushing back, trying to quash congressional inquiries, discourage legitimate studies, and thwart honest scrutiny by major media.
