45. Abundant Living: Embracing New Opportunities
Wealth and Wisdom Together®
06/28/22 • 30 min
How often do you look at something and immediately dismiss it?
As Wealth Partners, when we use phrases like, “That's not me” or “I don’t do that,” we limit our thinking and prevent ourselves from embracing new opportunities. Whether we unintentionally pass up great love, a fulfilling career, and even monetary blessings, limiting beliefs have the power to derail us from our living in abundance.
This week on The Abundant Living Podcast, we are unpacking what it truly means to live abundantly. We all have opportunities all around us and just because something may not be in alignment with who we were, doesn’t mean it won't help us evolve into who we want to become.
Even if it may not look the way you imagined, don't turn away from the blessings God has put in place. Renew your mind to be able to see God’s hand in everything, and remember that God’s Will, not our will, is the only path to an abundant life.
Let’s Embrace Abundant Living:
2:45 - Embrace New Opportunities
8:00 - Broaden Your Thinking
13:00 - Be Intentional About Accepting Yourself
19:00 - Express Your Inner Brightness
22:13 - Let Go Of Limiting Thinking
27:10 - Don’t Tell Me, Show Me

Have you tried to navigate the various eating plans out there? Yes, we have too and found many confusing, restrictive, faddish, and not sustainable. Some are definitely not designed to meet the nutritional needs of the customer. But don’t fret, there is help! In our Breakthrough Series of the fivefold areas of life (financial, mental, physical, social, and spiritual), we are highlighting things that impact the way you live and their effect on your ability to live in the abundance of God. Each of these five areas on its own can enhance or hinder your enjoyment of life, so in this episode, we will be discussing our physical bodies. Unhealthy eating can lead to poor health, which can cause unplanned expenses like doctor visits, prescriptions, and other medical bills. However, having a mindset for healthy eating can prevent those expenses. Joining our conversation today is Jasmine Westbrooks, Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist and author of “Eating Mindfully & Losing Weight.” She will show us a realistic approach to improving nutritional habits that yield sustainable and healthy eating for a better quality of life. Listen to our conversation to hear more wisdom from our expert.

Abundant Living is living our true selves. Abundant living is not quantifying who we are based on the size of our investment portfolio, the numbers of our credit, or even the number of followers we have on social media. Abundant living means that you are abundantly present in the goodness and greatness that’s all around you.
