Why did you start this show?
We've always had spiraling conversations on a wide variety of topics, and end up asking "why aren't we recording this?" So we do now.
What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?
Some knowledge, some giggles, and the feeling like you've got some who gets the need for a good info dump.
Which episode should someone start with?
Anything but the first, honestly. Ep 1 is rough, we get better ;D

Ep 4 Waterboarding Zombies and Ep 6 The Dolphin Timeline
Which episode are you most proud of?
Ep 1, because it got us started. It wasn't great, but it was a start.
What is your vision for your show?
Having listeners who enjoy our show, outside of our immediate family and friends.
What is your favourite other podcast that isn't yours?
Current favorites are And That's why We Drink, I'm Horrified, and Belief Hole.
How did you come up with the name for your podcast?
We went over a few of the things we always say while we're having conversations; "down the rabbit hole", "info dump", "hyperfocus", "why aren't we recording this?" We decided that "We Don't Do Small Talk" encompassed all of these ideas and the topics that we enjoy talking about the most.
Tell us a bit about yourself
We are neurodivergent parents of 4. All boys, all the time. We are both artists, streamers, and general creatives. If there is new information to learn, chances are we'll be into it. We're also really bad at talking about ourselves.
