Before serving as CEO of CSW-USA (Christian Solidarity Worldwide), the Oxford, Mississippi native served as a campus minister at Princeton University and at University Reformed Church in East Lansing, Michigan. She is on the executive leadership team of the @ANDCampaign and her writing has been published in the anthology His Testimonies, My Heritage: Women of Color on the Word of God and the AND Campaign’s publication A New Narrative on Abortion: Pro-Woman and Pro-Child.
Ms Porter graduated from University of Mississippi, where she studied Public Policy, Sociology, and Religion to earn a BA in Liberal Studies. She completed her M.A. in Theological Studies with an emphasis in Religion and Society from Princeton Theological Seminary.

Marcus Harden is the Co-Founder and Lead Learner of the Academy for Creating Excellence, an all-male school with a mission to create high-quality educational experiences for young men, with a focus on African-American/Black and Latino males.
The Southeast Seattle native is an educator, school leader, but he’s been fittingly given the title of a quiet community superhero and champion of the people by national media and the communities where he serves.
Marcus has love for people and a heart for seeing the best in all people, especially, our youth. Marcus has served in education, non-profit, state and federal domains for 15 years, serving in the office of Former First Lady & Senator Hillary R. Clinton as an intern, then as Executive Director of (ACAP) The Accounting Career Awareness Program; Race to the Top Grant Program Manager for Rainier Beach High school; Director of Community Engagement for the Washington State Charter School Association, and currently serves as Principal/Lead Learner of the Academy for Creating Excellence an aspiring educational model that focuses on cultivating the innate excellence inside of African American males.
ACE launched in 2012, offering educational workshops in Seattle. In 2016, in partnership with the City of Seattle Department of Early Learning and South Shore K–8, it hosted its first three-month Summer Learning Experience. This program became a pilot for a full school opening in 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia: the ACE Atlanta charter school. ACE’s pedagogy centered in love—which he calls “Loveful Pedagogy”—is based on brain development in young men specifically, with an emphasis on learning through community work; healthy competition; and candid, frequent conversation.
Marcus has a Masters of Arts in Education and Program Manager Certification from the University of Washington.

The Tulsa, Oklahoma born, son of Zimbabwean parents who were traveling ministers, first began singing in church with a rendition of 'Jesus Loves Me.' Ever since then, Brian Nhira has not looked back debuting with his first EP, Hope and then his first album, Hope’s Stand. He recently released a new single ALRIGHT with visuals to match (Official Music Video).
Brian is also the husband to Sonia Nhira and father to Zayden Nhira.

Three-time GRAMMY® Nominee DOE (a.k.a. Dominique Jones) is an exceptional songwriter, musician and inspirational singer. She recently released a new single “Good Now (Remix)” feat. Wande in honor of Women’s month.

Born in Washington State and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, DOE grew up in the church with both sides of her family involved in the Gospel circuit. The world was first blessed by her angelic and soulful voice when she was a teenager and the lead singer of the group Forever Jones, which is composed of her parents, her two brothers, her two sisters, and DOE herself. It is also as part of this group that she gained her first two Grammy nominations.

Her third came when she became a featured artist in Jonathan McReynolds’ hit song “Cycles.”

DOE’s first album, a self-titled EP, is available now and features the hit single “Brighter”.

Our brother Jimmy is the Founder and CEO of the Military Fresh Network (@militaryfreshnetwork) and MFN Consulting Group. He is also serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Marketing Manager for the US Army.

Jimmy grew up in Rochester, New York City which was a big factor in his decision to join the Army when he was 17 years old. He served for 23 years and even until today as a DoD civilian. He created a platform that would connect past and present service members to share their thoughts and be heard.

He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Liberty University and received a marketing certification from Wharton School of Business. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

He was a host & On-Air radio personality on Kiss 104.1 FM’s (“The Morning Groove”) and is currently a comedy & sitco writer on a new show on PBS. His work and perspectives on social issues, culture and business have been featured on CNN, Forbes, MSNBC, ESPN, Black Enterprise and more. Aaron began his career in Marketing, Advertising and PR, and later took a leap of faith to develop to be a top entertainment executive by interning for Sean “Diddy” Combs, then later launching his company, MusicisMyBusiness, which was named one of America’s Smartest New Companies led by people under 30 according to Inc Magazine. Since then, he’s become a sought after speaker and personality who’s adept in topics of entrepreneurship, music, and social responsibility.

Aaron is a graduate of Florida A&M University (FAMU) where he studied Journalism/PR and minored in Theater/Business. He also received his certificate in Humor and Comedy Writing from Emory University.
