Beyond Shame and Misery
12/03/24 • 24 min
Healing often requires witnessing — being truly seen in our pain and struggle. Validation is powerful, but it also brings responsibility. Being aware of my wounds means I am also responsible for how I navigate and transform them. Breaking the misery cycle means I have to be willing to replace it with something else. This cycle, I realize, has become almost addictive, but with awareness, I see an opportunity.
Can I choose to witness my potential for greatness instead? Am I willing to see myself as worthy, to permit myself to be good and whole rather than perpetually broken? Join me for this episode.
