I'm Lanesha Gipson, a Certified Professional Life Coach, with supplementary Certifications in Happiness and Life Purpose niches. Through my company Periscope Life Coaching, I help women get out of their own way, see themselves for who they really are (their authentic selves), and discover how their strengths and unique skills can help them live the life they deserve.

Prior to becoming a Life Coach, I spent the majority of my professional career in Public Relations, making CEOs, authors, celebrities and some of the largest brands look incredibly polished and appealing to the outside public, regardless of what they were really like on the inside. I couldn't help but feel like I wanted to have more influence on helping people transform from the inside out, not just appear to have it all together on the surface. So, I decided to become a Life Coach.

Like many people, I've gone through difficult life experiences, but I've learned to reframe those negative experiences and turn them into lessons learned, and look at the positives that eventually came from those situations. I've also been able to eliminate my limiting beliefs which often develop from experiences and things we're taught growing up, and I've transformed those beliefs into more progressive beliefs. In the end, I've come out of those experiences better on the other side, and helping others come out of whatever challenges they're facing, better on the other side, is my ultimate goal.

I'm currently living the life of my dreams and fulfilling my purpose in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with my husband (my college sweetheart) and our three amazing children.
