In this week’s episode, we dive into the challenges faced by the women’s volleyball team, who are dealing with two tough losses and too many injuries early in their season. Despite the setbacks, there's a sense of hope as we highlight the bright spots brought by the team’s talented new players like Jihan Chuatico, Fiona Arroyo and Alexa Montoro, who are stepping up and showing promise for the future.

We also take a look at the men’s volleyball team, who are riding a wave of success. The men’s squad has been performing exceptionally well, and we explore what’s working for them and how their momentum could inspire the women’s team to turn things around.

In V-Quick, we will try to have 10-20 minute episodes in the hopes of doing a daily update for the PVL, Olympics and many more. The podcast will also feature updates about the National Teams, Beach Volleyball scene, International Volleyball, Grassroots and High School Volleyball and many more. Join us in our new adventure!

Just like a tidal wave, there are so many news this week and we can’t keep up! From PSL teams moving to PVL to the National Team coaching staff to April Manganang’s announcement and so much more.
