Hospitality veteran Sean Christie is upping the game for sports fans and foodies alike, with Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar opening at Mandalay Bay on the Las Vegas Strip. The new elevated sports bar opens June 10th in the fan zone. We chat with Christie about what makes this new space so special and his take on Las Vegas then and now. What ever happened to that proposed hotel-casino on the east side of the strip? The land was purchased by billionaire Tilman Fertitta. We look into it and have an update.
