You don't have to be an Olympian or super-jacked, but you should have a baseline understanding of your physical limitations and capabilities to move, lift, or carry something (or someone) you care about. It doesn't have to be a Zombie Apocalypse for you to prep - maybe it's just life throwing you a curveball. And don't feel guilty about your stash - you're stockpiling, not hoarding, and yes, there is a difference!
