This week we chat with Abigail, a Shame Resilience Coach, ready to help you choose courage over comfort. Our past experiences can shape our future, in an effort to protect us from pain we adopt coping mechanisms that put us in this fight, flight, and freeze mode. We create core beliefs that get tattooed on our hearts and our mind will look for evidence to support them. We need to teach our brain differently!

**Update 4/18/22- In this episode, we talk about the retreat we've been planning with Abigail. Unfortunately, Abigail is no longer joining us at the retreat. We are so proud of her for trusting her intuition and following the dreams that have been laid on her heart. We still love and support her so much! And Britt & Hanna are still hosting this retreat and we cannot wait to share more and plan it with all of you!
