003: Francesco Zurlo

On this episode, Professor Emília Duarte talks with Francesco Zurlo, Full Professor at Politecnico di Milano, Deputy Dean of the School of Design, Head of Product Design Course and Researcher. Zurlo also teaches at many Design Schools in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, China, Japan, France, Spain, and Portugal, and is author of numerous publications about strategic design.

During this conversation, Francesco shares some of his views on innovation, uncertainty, the strategic position of designers in companies, and even how design can learn from Japanese concept "Ikagai."
