Imposter Syndrome Part One

Guys in this episode (15), I am speaking all things "Imposter Syndrome."I am always striving to get better. To achieve more. To do more. To make more of a difference in this world. I don’t honestly know where that comes from. It’s this deep desire that I can make a difference in this world. Many times I have realized that what hinders my growth mindset from moving into even deeper places of success is what is known as the “imposter syndrome.”

What is the imposter syndrome?

The imposter syndrome are thoughts that constantly bombard our brains telling us things like:

“You can’t do this.”

“There are people who can do it much better than you.”

“You are not qualified for this work.”

“Who do you think you are?”

The common theme about such thoughts is the fact that they write a script in our head that makes us feel like a “fraud.”
These thoughts make us unworthy so much so that we self jeorpidize opportunities that come our way, or they even stop us from pursuing great opportunities that would bring us great results.

They are crippling in many many ways.
