Mental Endurance, Strength & Healing
11/03/22 • 23 min
In episode 5, in today’s podcast episode, Christine is diving into the world of “Mental Endurance, Mental Strength and Mental Healing.” One thing Christine says she knows to be true my friend, is that mental weakness is one of the top reasons why many never achieve their goals and dreams.
For example:
How many times have you told yourself that you will start working out only to dismiss the alarm when its time to work out?
How many times have you set a fitness goal only to give in at the close of the finish line?
How many times have you told yourself that you will focus on your nutrition only to give in to the Postmates donut ad?
How many times have you told yourself that you will focus on starting that business, only to find yourself battling with the imposter syndrome, or creating excuses as to why it’s not the right time?
These are just a few examples of how much influence our mental state has on our everyday success and potential.
Christine finds that one trait that most successful people have, is their ability to push themselves beyond their comfort zone.
Their ability to rise up when they fall.
Their determination and tenacity is commendable and it is not that they have a super power that we don’t possess.
Enjoy!
