Over the last decade, Chelsea has had her hands in everything from influencer marketing, experiential and events, creating bespoke brand campaigns, to art collaborations with the likes of West Elm and Anthropologie, and becoming an angel investor and advisor for up-and-coming brands. As the first employee and a part of the founding team of Route, she built out and led both a world-class Marketing and Creative Department and helped take the company to unicorn status in just under 4 years, with a Series B round at $1.25 Billion. After 5 years with Route, she now consults for brands large and small on campaign strategy, events and PR, but most of all “the art of connecting”.
