Who doesn't want to be perfect? Our social culture. our family life, our personal expectations - we want them all to fit a perfect picture we design in our minds. But what if those perfections are actually distractions from living our truest, most connected and fulfilling life?
Meet Kathryn Ely. She is a recovered perfectionist who had a major life shift and returned to school later in life to receive her Masters degree in mental health, with an emphasis on perfectionism. She is a certified and licensed councilor who teaches the tools needed to stop being paralyzed by perfection, embrace the process of life, and thrive in the most fulfilling and imperfect way.
