While Detective Harriet Shepard (Betsy Bruce), and her old partner, Retired Detective T.J. Ramos (Erik Estrada), are being held captive by the Press Room Bomber (Robert Anthony Peters), Detective Jasmine Alicia (Chezale Rodriguez) ignores the FBI when Special Agent Francis (Greg DeBenedetti) doesn't seem too concerned about Harriet's safety. Can Detective Alicia find Harriet and T.J. before another bomb's timer runs out?

Special Agent Francis (Greg DeBenedetti) finds himself with a bomb strapped to his chest, not the proper attire for D.A. Wendall Shepard's funeral. Detective Harriet Shepard (Betsy Bruce) and Detective Jasmine Alicia (Chezale Rodriguez) race to the service to stop the Press Room Bomber and to save Harriet's son, Alex.

Detective Harriet Shepard (Betsy Bruce) heads down a rabbit hole, reviewing reports and notes of a case from her past, while rookie Detective Jasmine Alicia (Chezale Rodriguez) tries to get Harriet to focus on training her so she can make some progress with tracking down the bank robbers before they execute their next heist.
