This week I talk with my guest Steve Wilson. At the age of 9, his life turned upside down after being sexually assaulted in a movie theater bathroom. Throughout adolescence, he developed bipolar disorder which just made his undealt with trauma into a roller coaster ride he almost couldn't get off.

Steve now located in Arizona has support groups via Zoom for people dealing with trauma and has written the book Teetering on a Tightrope, my bipolar journey. He shares his story and wants others to know that things can get better, they can turn around!
