A visit to rock bottom showed me that it was time to fight depression the right way. The journey dusted off my passion for writing which is something I do every day to keep me grounded. With hope to help others, I am here to share my journal entries to prove overcoming trauma is possible. The power of appreciation can help fight the battles of today that stem from the unpleasant parts of the past.
